service, catering and high volume food service. Our skills have impressed guests and attendees from New York to Miami, Las Vegas to Chicago and even the barren desert of Black Rock City. We pride ourselves on being able to bring simple, high quality food and event support to any event and within almost any budget.

Jason Baratta is a serial entrepreneur in the food and beverage industry. Born in Manhattan and raised in the hospitality industry he began his culinary career in his Aunt’s restaurant at the age of 14. Spending the mornings before school at the fish market getting the freshest selections of the day and the evenings learning the ropes at dinner service. Since then he has owned and operated dining establishments and night spots from Manhattan to Miami to Las Vegas ranging from casual quick serve sandwich or pizza joints to finer steak and seafood establishments. For the last decade the focus has been on outdoor food and festival production working for and with such seminal establishments as Coachella, Life Is Beautiful and Burning Man feeding thousands of people and managing operations for up to as many as 50 food vendors at one time. This led to the birth of a highly sought after entity known as Culinary Logic. Culinary Logic is uniquely suited to mobilize quickly and provide a myriad of services and resources that most other providers cannot.
